I tried the sunbelt bakery bar last week when I had finals! It was very filling, but a little too sweet for me. I'd like to try the different flavors.

Ore-Ida Totchos recipe

Ok, so Ore-Ida Totchos are a hybrid between tator tots and nachos! Two of my favorite things. I loved making these as a snack at home, but could definitely be eaten as dinner!
How do I make them? I'm a vegetarian so I came up with an awesome combo without meat!
All you'll need is:

• Mexican cheese 

• Sour Cream

• Black Beans

• Green Peppers, Corn, Onions and Jalapeños lightly salted and sauteed

• Ore-Ida Tator Tots

• Diced Tomatoes 

• Green Salsa 

• Enchilada sauce 

Total Prep time was around 30 mins. Just have to cook the Ore Ida tator tots, I prefer to bake them in the oven instead of deep fry, sauté the peppers combo and cut anything! The cool thing about nachos is that they can be customized!
